Return Policy
Our ministry materials are backed by a guarantee of 100% satisfaction. We will gladly refund the purchase price, not including shipping costs, of the product in question according to the following paragraphs.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our books, CD or DVD, including cases of defect, damage or our error in shipment, then package the item carefully, without marking on, clipping, taping or stapling anything to it. THE PACKING SLIP MUST BE ENCLOSED for correct return processing. Please include the return reason.
Or you can simply state that your refund policy is that you will gladly refund the purchase price, not including shipping costs, within 30 days of the receipt of the product back the credit card used.
