FAQ's
I never recieved my download. What happened?
Sometimes our emails end up in Junk mail folders and/or appear as SPAM to various email system. Our store sends email from "orders@walkintheword.com". Please ensure that your SPAM and JUNK email settings permit this address thru.
Some ISP's (Internet Service Providers) have begun to block our mail system. If this is the case, you'll need to update your order with a new email address. Currently, the following ISP's are blocking our services: @centurtytel.com. We are working with the companies to get this resolved ASAP.
The latest SPAM software will block the weekly walk unless someone approves the message BEFOREHAND. For example:
-----
I apologize for this automatic reply to your email.
To control spam, I now allow incoming messages only from senders I have approved beforehand.
If you would like to be added to my list of approved senders, please fill out the short request form (see link below). Once I approve you, I will receive your original message in my inbox. You do not need to resend your message. I apologize for this one-time inconvenience.
Click the link below to fill out the request:

If your SPAM software does this, you will need to make sure and approve the weekly walk beforehand. Again, the weekly walk comes from orders@walkintheword.com. Please note, the email address 'orders@walkintheword.com' is not monitored.

How do I unzip a file?
Windows computers (XP and newer)
Windows XP has its own built in unzip program. To use it, simply click on the compressed file (.zip). A menu will open from which you can save individual files to your computer. Just click and drag or copy the file you want and drop it in the desired location. Also, in the left hand column there is a link to "Extract all files". NOTE: You can play a file directly from the zip file. However, that might cause problems in the future. To ensure this doesn't happen, please unzip you files and save them to your computer before using.
Windows computers (older than XP)
Customers having older versions of Windows operating systems will need to download an evaluation copy of Winzip software. We recomend using
Winzip although you may use other popular software vendors if you wish. Instructions to use WinZip are found
here.
Macintosh computers (Mac)
Macs have their own built in unzip program. To use it, simply click on the compressed file (.zip). A menu will open from which you can save individual files to your computer.
